Facebook・Instagram のメッセージデータの削除について

有限会社梶谷農園は、当社の Facebook ページおよび Instagram アカウント（@kajiyafarm）にお客様から届いたメッセージを、お問い合わせへの対応のために保管しています。取り扱いの詳細はプライバシーポリシーの第10条の2をご覧ください。

削除のご依頼方法

  1. netshop@kajiyafarm.jp に、件名「メッセージデータ削除依頼」でメールをお送りください。
  2. 本文に、当社とやり取りした Facebook または Instagram のお名前（ユーザー名）をご記入ください。
  3. ご本人確認のうえ、メッセージ・画像・AI の検索用データを含めて30日以内に削除し、メールでお知らせします。

Data Deletion Instructions (Facebook / Instagram)

Kajiya Farm (有限会社梶谷農園) stores the messages that customers send to our Facebook Page and our Instagram account (@kajiyafarm) in order to answer their inquiries. See section 10-2 of our privacy policy for details.

  1. Email netshop@kajiyafarm.jp with the subject "Message data deletion request".
  2. Include the Facebook or Instagram name (username) you used to message us.
  3. After confirming your identity, we delete your messages, images and related data, including data used for our internal AI search, within 30 days and notify you by email.
